Fred Perry (2019)
- Visited the last remaining tennis ball factory in the UK in order to create an article heralding the announcement of their limited edition collaboration with sportswear brand Fred Perry
- Published on their website, newsletter and social media channels
- Used Fred Perry’s edgy, authentic tone of voice to create a report that concentrated on the collaboration’s use of luxury materials, the brand’s heritage and the in-house make process

Rail Safety and Standards Board (2018)
- Attended a kick-off meeting at RSSB’s HQ in central London to establish measurable goals for the digital project
- Developed tone of voice recommendations with the brand to create succinct and scannable online resources designed for a web audience
- Collaborated with in-house designers and UX consultants to refresh existing content, overseeing all aspects of page creation, from copywriting to UX
- Page views increased 264%, downloads of resources and studies increased 93%, and
traffic to the new content from social media increased 106%

Virgin Media Business (2017)
- Established a new brand voice by deconstructing the old site’s pages, identifying what brought value to customers
- Wrote  site pages in the newly developed brand voice and measured how the copy performed in real-time across audiences
- The site won B2B Site of the Year at WireHive awards 2017, saw a 25% increase in
traffic, and a 25% increase in average page session duration
- I was offered a full-time, permanent position as Copywriter after this project launched
